Hi, apparently the temperature gauge sensor (two prong) as found in the 2.5S was also used in other manufacturer engines - a member once told me one from a Land Rover 'something' was compatible & cost around a fiver...unfortunately that PM has been cleared from my inbox along with the link to an eBay item.

Anyone know which one?

(I'm talking about the temp sensor for the gauge with the two spade connectors under the intake not the DME one with the blue top.)

That seems to be Porsche only, one on eBay USA

Be careful if a Land Rover/Triumph part is sourced. Cheap they may be but my gauge in my Stag gave 3 different readings on 3 different but identical sensors. I go so sick of cheap parts that I eventually ran the fan at a slightly lower temperature ; I believe the new owner has gone to a capillary gauge.
