Hi guys,

On of the castings on my drivers door handle has broken. It's not part of the main assembly from what i can see, it's the bit with the spring wrapped around it.

Does anyone offer a repair/rebuild service for these?

Thanks :)

You can get very similar ones from VW heritage & other air cooled parts suppliers but non-scripted - maybe you can buy a handle and pillage it for new parts, they cheap enough to try

yes, I've got a working handle. i'll see if i can strip the broken one first, nothing to lose its broken anyway! If i cab swap the trigger and mechanism and just reuse the shell thats perfect :)

Youre mistaken unfortunately. They look like VW handles, but they aren't VW handles.
