Here's on to think about.

'89 Cab, fresh battery and used frequently enough to keep it charged.

I haven't got room to keep it in the garage so she lives outdoors under a cover. Recently though I've been getting phantom triggers for the Toad alarm system, but on both occasions it was when it was raining and only stopped happening when the cover blew off the car!

The roof is tight and doesn't leak and both windows were shut...

Clueless at the moment!

I assume your Toad alarm has a movement sensor and my guess would be the car rocking with an outdoor cover on it or the cover itself flapping around and triggering the alarm! :roll:

Nooo - wasn't a hurricane, but I hadn't strapped the cover on either hence it blowing off ...

The toad has a microwave sensor system unless I'm mistaken so shouldn't be fooled by air pressure.

Buggered if I know!
