I've had to get a seized locking nut off and there is now a bit damage to the thread ( not much) so I need to get a die to clean it up. The replacement lock nuts say M14 x1.5 but I'm mot sure if thats a fine thread or not. Also I cant believe how hard the normal nuts were done on, are they made of a special alloy, they are super light (compared to anything I have had before)? |

They are aluminium and should be tightened to 130nm. The 944 is sensitive to incorrect torque on the wheel nuts and as such improperly torqued wheel nuts can cause wobbles and shudders. Stuart |

Hi, I have both front and rear studs here after replacing mine for longer (wheel spacers). PM your address and what length you want (front and rear are different length) and I will send one out to you. Its got to be safer. |
