How does one build a smooth motor with solid mounts and no balance shafts?

I worked at Lola around that time so the F3000 T91/50 mentioned may have been glued and riveted together by me. I fabricated a lot of the F3000 and Indy pushrods & wishbones too.

I haven't got past the first paragraph, so full of crap was it. Steve Bennett doesn't know his arse from his elbow and I don't think I've liked anything that he has ever written (from his first contribution to C&CC, which I read, too).

On a more positive note: it shows that you can make a career out of journalism whilst knowing next to nothing about your subject. Congratulations on 30yrs of blagging Steve.
