Its used to switch off the driving lights in the front bumper, the ones that come on with your mainbeam.

Take the switch out & see if its wired up, only models of a certain year had this switch and perhaps a previous owner filled the blank with a dummy switch?

Its wired up, I put new bulbs in too so its not them. I'll have to have a play with a multi meter when I get time!

Do be aware that this switch only activates the bumper lights full beam when you also have the stalk pulled for full beam on the popup lights.

Clean all your fuses, test for 12v at the fuse terminals, then test for 12v at the bulb terminals.

Itll be an earth problem - it always is. All series one 944s and all 924s had a switch; it was only series two 944s which couldn't turn them off.
