then lowering back axle, if i turn eccentric bolt max for lowering, will it cause some damage to suspension or not?

No. No reason for it to damage anything, but it won't lower the car much and it's intended use is actually for corner weighting the car (Porsche were that anal when designing the suspension system, which is essentially lifted from a 911, which in turn was developed from the beetle super...).

Depending on how low you'd like to go you may need to reindex the bars, which is a whole different ball game!

Before you adjust anything check that the current setting on the eccentric bolts are the same. If a previous owner has had the axle apart they might not have re-indexed them correctly leaving the trailing arms sitting slightly different. To get round this you might find the eccentric bolt one side is adjust more than the other to compensate for this.
