 Post subject: Air intake for 944S 1986

Hi guys,

I am looking for an air intake filter for a 1986 944S 2.5 16v

Have tried a few but none seem to fit can anyone advise?

Thanks guys for the replies, Frazerparts is a good contact, i am actually looking for an after market air intake filter to replace the bulky original one but am struggling to find one that fits onto the MAF?

I think it was Mighty Car Mods on YouTube who dyno tested a car with an aftermarket air filter compared to stock, and it basically made no difference. In fact in the case of your car, it's worse, as it will then place the intake in the hot engine bay, whereas the stock intake at least feeds from the badge panel to get cool air from the nose.
