Hi all,

I reckon my fuel pump is giving up, it keeps stopping mid drive and seems to respond to a hammer tap!

I have a fuel pump for a 928S ('81) and wondered if they were generic to the 944?
My car is an early 2.5 Lux (1985 - just before the oval dash)

Cheers,
George

It might fit a lot of the pumps are reasonably generic & although the 928 pumpwill probably flow a bi more the regulator can take care of that.
