I'm talking about the seal on the sunroof panel itself as opposed to the seal on the roof. I thought it was glued on. although I haven't removed my old one yet. |

Vasline can take a few times to get seated so it's water tight. There's metal spine in both this gives the grip |

No glue is used on the sunroof panel seal. Do not use Vaseline on rubber seals. It dries and perishes them prematurely. |
