Hi Guys,

when I turn the key to unlock the boot lid, it opens about 2mm and then I have to use my fingernails to get some purchase to open it. Once its open about 30 deg, the gas struts take over and its fine.

I take it this is not normal behaviour - but is it the struts or should the lock mechanism pop it open enough to grab hold properly?

Many thanks

Thanks Sean.

Has anyone got/had one that does something different?

Thanks Briggy,

maybe its normal then - just seems a bit poor.

Maybe there's a way to fit a spring somehow.
