Cranleigh Classic Car Show, Sun 17th Aug.

Organised by Cranleigh and District Lions Club, this is one of the best classic car shows in the South featuring around 1,700 classic vehicles annually.

We have a reserved pitch for Porsches and any Porsche at least 20 years old is welcome. To join us you need one of the tickets I have available, these are free and will get your car plus 2 two adult occupants into the show.

We'll have a gazebo plus tea and coffee available.

Add your name to the list below if you wish to join us but please bear in mind that ticket numbers are limited to 20 so, out of fairness to others, only ask for one if you're really going to use it.

We have a gazebo, tea+coffee and there will be a lunch-time barbecue. Bring a chair / something to sit on. I look forward to seeing you all there.

I still have a small handful of downloadable tickets available for anyone who wants to join in. Anyone who should have a ticket and doesn't, let me know.

Display cars can arrive from 07:00. I expect to be there @07:30. Public admission to the show starts at 09:30.

Sunday isn't looking bad at the moment. Currently the Met Office has it as a 30% chance of a light shower mid-morning but dry otherwise.

One very heavy shower wasn't enough to spoil it.

I know cars have faces but the 928 in pic 2 is almost Disney like :D
