 Post subject: Wiper/Stalk issues

Hi
Anyone know where to start ?
All of the functions of the right hand stalk have stopped working, no wipers/washers. I have checked the fuses and also tried a spare stalk but still nothing.
The car is a 91 S2, it did work previously but not on all speed settings
