Post subject:  Engine starts then cuts :(.

I have just put my engine back together after having some work done to my cylinder head (some fool left a bolt in the air box). The engine starts up but cuts out after about 2 seconds. I can hear what might be described as a whilstle or sucking sound coming from the engine, im on my own atm so I have to turn the key and cant get close in to listen. Atm im thinking there may be an air leak from one of the pipes that come off the big rubber pipe that runs between the air flow meter and the throttle housing. I cant really see whats going on as they run under the manifold so i came up with the idea of trying to suck air through them. I could suck air through both and one had a slight vacuum effect after I stopped sucking. I was moving the manifold around quite a bit when putting the cylinder head back on so I thought maybe a pipe has come loose. Any suggestions/ideas?

you can patch it up if its just a vac pipe or use one off that 911 if you can find one to fit ;)

Ha, Ive already stolen its battery :D. Ive also just noticed I had not attached one of the metal hose braket things that the heater matrix hoses attach too on the cylinder head. Good job I had the heating on cold :D. Cant find the damn thing now and i dont know if it went to the machine shop or not :?. Oh well another week goes by :(.
