It's always been one in, one out. But I'm beginning to get the Ducati itch again, the BMW is only 7 months old, but it's too silly fast for the road really.

Fitted the iron age battle axe .
With half the floor removed need some way to hang rear exhaust and if need be fix to body to prevent gearbox movement . Its as if porsche knew .

Did the mount bolt straight in, or did you have to fit some inserts?

It bolts straight to gearbox Pauly with some slightly longer bolts .

It’s only an exhaust hanger from early 924 , which is what I need it for .
But you do have the option to run a support to the body to stop any lateral movement of the gearbox if you wanted to help cv’s .

Ahh right, I remember now. So are there any mounting points already in a 944 shell, so it could be used to locate the gearbox?

Another picture , it shows how it bolts to rear of gearbox . There are no mounts to fix to body but easy enough to make a bracket and put a bolt through to secure to body .
