Post subject:  944t fuel injectors

Im trying to get to the bottom of what has been done to my car over the years tuning wise. I noticed today that my fuel injectors are green. Is that the norm? IIRC my old lux had grey injectors. Or maybe they were brown :?:

I took a chap for a blast in mine the other day who has a standard 220 and all he kept saying, in between all the swearing  was that mine was much faster than his!!

I know its been chipped at some point but he said it must have had more than just chips to make it as fast as it is.

The injectors on my Turbo S are green too. I seem to remember they are green on all the turbos.

Turbo injectors are higher flow & deffo different to a normal 944. As for cars that are quicker, it's normally down to waste gates & pipework that doesn't leak & springs that boing as Porsche intended rather than weakening off over the years.
