Most of my dash switches don't light up and there is no light on the LCD clock either. Does anyone know the part numbers? Are they the same bulbs?

Cheers.

Some of the switches have no illumination at all, so do not light up. However, the ones that do have either an internal LED, or a soldered in bulb that is not easy to replace! The rotary light switch does have a bulb that is replaceable, the heater control unit and its switches have bulbs, but they are all soldered in. The clock has a bulb, but it is an unusual size (available from OPC).

Which switches are failing to light up? Does the glove box light come on, does the cigar lighter bulb come on?

I managed to get some replacement bulbs from Halfords, just took one in with me and matched it up.

Mostly it's the switch for rear wiper etc in the area in front of the gear stick and the clock.

Hi, it seems the only switch that does light up on that panel is the central locking one. All the others do not have any illumination at all. I guess Porsche thought using the sunroof, mirror switch, rear wiper, etc. would not happen when it got dark! :)

Thanks for that. I keep struggling to see the rear wiper switch when it's dark, if there's no light built into it then maybe i'll have to get my modifying head on!

Cant help with the other items but I did purchase a bulb for my clock last year.
The Bulb was in stock in the UK £2.90 - Part No. 94464190000

Must get around to actually fitting it now!

Yeah, the bulb is cheap. The fitting is time expensive. Proper pain to get to from what I see.
