If there is a chance that the locks have never been changed, you can get Porsche to cut you a new key to the original code and post it to you.
Or, what I have done in the past, is buy a new ignition barrel (without steering lock) from Porsche, which comes with two key blades, and then have a locksmith with a VW wafer set, rekey your other locks in the car to match your new pair of keys and ignition lock.
If you get stuck, I have a complete VW wafer refill set and can rekey your locks or a complete set of spare locks and door handles I might have.
But getting a new barrel and a pair of keys is the way forward with anyone in this situation.
