in the process of renewing the fuel lines for new on my 924 turbo race car. I need to know the thread for one of the fittings

the fuel line goes from the fuel pump to the accumulator. it then goes out the accumulator, and then there is a join half way along the boot floor. I need to know the thread of this fitting, so I can get a male fitting to screw into this and then do braided lines from this point right to the front of the car.

many thanks
nick

right, well I just bought that accumulator to hard pipe line, so once that turns up I will be able to find out the thread, but if any1 knows now, then it means I can order the parts needed and get them fitted quicker.

I also bought the fuel pump to accumulator line, and tank to pump hose, aswell as a new fuel pump!

all I need now is the correct fitting, and some braided hose, and I can replace all the fuel lines from front to back!

one question, what is the purpose of the accumulator, and is it worthwhile getting a new one??

many thanks
nick

Rose Passion stock a lot of bits for it. I suppose the accumulator just absorbs fluctuations or holds a reserve of pressure for large demands of fuel to stop starvation.
