Has anyone had the dashboard recovered. I have increasing squaredash cracks that I would like repaired/recovered.

Also any suggestions for a company that could recover the dash.

thanks

Jon

Yes, they can. I've used them for NLA decals and they were of OEM quality. Service was quick and polite.

Very nice but looks around £500 for a new dash which is a big outlay.

My dash has sunk over the instrument cluster so this would maybe not be an option for me!

Mine has a couple of cracks by the vents and I know what you mean about the recovering, they do have the instructions online to give you an idea what is involved though

Jon, that would be £500 well spent in my opinion after all - she is a keeper?

Yes she is Andy.I was very tempted by a recent red Turbo for sale; then there was the S on Ebay that I very close to buying; but then I would've kept the old girl as well if I hadn' t bought the Jaguar....oh and Kim put her foot down

Yes that'll be me...didn't think to look on here and just saw them come up on Fleabay so bought them.

The S was Zermet with 18" 911 wheels....looked ok in the photo's. initially i thought about selling mine and buying that but wifey pressure won the day!

Are you goung to recover the dash yourself or get someone else to do it?

Ah bugger, I've got all this lot viewtopic.php?f=36&t=16307

And I'll be adding more bits today, I popped your bits in the post yesterday.

Let me know if there's anything else you want as I'm just after token gestures for parts really

Ah that's not the S I was thinking of then, someone I know have just bought one.

I'm going to have a go at recovering my old dash as I've got nothing to lose its got two huge cracks in it so it's not far short of worthless!
