The engine fan on my 90 994S2 does not operate correctley in that there is no 2 stage/speed effect - ie it comes on only at full speed. I believe the problem is the fan resistors but to-date I've not located where these are . Doing a web trawl some are located in the engine bay under windscreen scuttle, some are located under the dashboard , but digging around I cannot find them.
Anyone got an accurate description (or pushing my luck - a photo) of where these things are ???

Cheers
Mike

You are looking for one, or two, white, circular, ceramic hocky pucks, about an inch and a bit across, and about a half inch thick, usually attached to a angled piece of aluminium which is screwed to the bulkhead inside the car.

Normally, it is on the passenger side of the car, above the glove box, just bellow the windscreen.. Take out the glove box carcass/liner and look forwards and up.. Sometimes they in the middle of an imaginary vertical line through the glove box, sometimes between that line and the heater blower box.

Just for the archives, sometimes on square dash models, they are behind the main three instruments.
