Thinking of selling my 944 after little use, any idea of its value.

 Don't sell it. Drive it. They make great daily drives. Sell it now you will get peanuts for it. Probably 2.5k. Assuming the engine is fit & everything works. No serious leaks/rattles & good tyres/brakes. Since it's so nice & shiney you could ask 3K if the interior is clean & tidy. But it may take a long time to sell.

i'm with J.J on this. and you would probably be lucky to bring anything near what he just quoted. something more like 1800-2200 quid the way cars are selling these days.

its cheap to run, cheap to insure so use it rather than sell it.

i would love to sell the beast and i mean the gto not saz you awfull lot  but because of the very low prices of everything and the amount of money people aint got now i'll hang on untill the market picks up again.

i'm with the previous posts, use it as you will only just get back what you paid for and spent out on it and with the credit crunch it may take a while to sell

got my 944 for peanuts £1250 i reckon i will spend £1000 to get it up to the standard of what i think it should be. but what its worth when its done will still be low because of the way things are at presant.
bought a skyline in june 04 paid 6k.in two years and loads of mods later only got 4k back for it way of the market.

Just spent the day talking to a friend with 928.
He bought it for £4k, six years ago. Hasn't put it to real use for about three years and just spent about 2K sorting the engine. Bodywork is bit ropey and all he's been offered is £1K back.

Gave him the same advise.
Use, enjoy and it will be worth the same, if not more in a couple of years but you get smiles of fun :D

It seems that prices are higher on Autotrader and Piston heads compared with Ebay lately.
