But hopefully not completely. Im looking for tips so I can free it off to give me some movement. A broken stud on on the outlet pipe has led to it being replaced and I have managed to get that off without removing the Turbo but as the new pipe is larger I need at least some movement in the turbo to fit i, any tips? Shiny goodness |

There are two 'hex' head bolts that hold he turbo itself down, when loosening these i found it quite important to follow step 20 from Clarkes Garage! They came out cleanly and apart from a sheared stud for the down pipe (re drilled and tapped in a new one) it was straight forward http://www.clarks-garage.com/pdf-manual/eng-16.pdf |

Yes thats oil, there is one on top as well. My lower was leaking which was part of the need to remove the turbo. They were a few pounds if that from the OPC as memory serves. Might be worth ordering up a set whilst you are in there? |
