Morning All,

Stupid question i know. but what colour should my bonnet badge be?
My 924 has a coloured badge, Bright yellow and red..
Yet the one on my 944 is different. Its like a dull gold/silver and the colours are dull.

Did they do different badges for different colour cars? Or is it more likely the 924's had a new badge while the 924 has faded?

There are also two distinct styles (pre-watercooled 911s). Add to this that many bonnet emblems aren't genuine Porsche and most of the variations are explained.

I'd say the 924 has had a new badge, they are about £25, altho' you can probably get them cheaper on the 'bay

Mr Mitchell tells me that an outlet some where is doing Sterling Silver Bonnet Badges at £100 a go? I think he said "Type 911" or something. I looked up their website and they're not there :?. I would really like one in S/Silver 8) .
