I have been busy sifting through the service history tonight and it got me wondering if anybody knows my car by any of its previous plates.

1990 Turbo Baltic Blue previously registered as follows;

G944 GUY
C17 EES
G851 XPL
NJT 333
G376 MUJ
OVS 812
G498XMF

That's impressive, some money spent on plates over the years there :shock: I wonder if my car is on it's original plate, sadly the numbers on my plate are 955 not 944.

I wonder what happened to the blue interior? The gear stick is a different colour.

I remember seeing the reg no G944 GUY for sale somewhere recently, may have been in the back of 911 world IIRC

Bought my first new car in '88, a 1.9 205GTi with the plate F911 HRB. When I sold the car I never thought to keep the plate or sell it separately

But my Dad was even worse. He had the plate C911 JET on a BMW 320 and let that go with the car.

What the hell were we thinking :roll:
