I'm wanting to give the sills on my 86 a quick refinish. No rust work required, just the colour has gone patchy. It looks like a matt dark grey stonechip type finish. Is it Wurth SKS Stoneguard paint? Any help greatly appreciated!

I used black Wurth Stoneguard and, when dry, over sprayed in grey cellulose primer and red cellulose topcoat. -good result :D

Thanks Bob. As it's a 924S they don't have body coloured lower sills, it's a dark grey or black kind of stone chip finish. I'm keen to keep the factory look... 8)

Black Waxoyl underseal on mine. Otherwise, use a black/grey paint to suit.
No need to get too anal about it. Not too many people notice........
