I need to have a look at the rear suspension bushes and fixings. I'm trying to find the best way to get the back end of the car up high enough to get underneath it and to support it on axle stands.
I'm not sure where to use a trolley jack to get the back end high enough and also where to place the axle stands when I get it raised.

Half way along the sills is a small diamond shaped indentation, behind that is the donut shaped jacking point. It will lift up both front and rear wheels

To get the back end up I lift the trailing arm under the shock mount and put the axle stand under the end of the torsion bar tube, one side at a time. I find if I raise one side at a time the car shifts round on the first axle stand when lifting the other side. If you want to look at one side at a time the standard jacking point is ok, but to look at the rear suspension, I think the car should be even.
