yes fitted one of the gatiers which look great,this is the leather knob and it comes with 3 grub screws and 3 different plasitc tubes the size of a pencil.
I just dont see how this fits to the current stem

I have bought a leather gear knob off ebay and cant see how it is supposed to fit onto the lever. Has anybody else fitted one of these please? Alan |

I bought a leather gaiter on ebay. It fitted on the 944 fairly easily and looks the part. Takes time to get it neat around the top but worth it. Ebay seller - topgaitor £14.99 |

It won't. Those kind of universal knobs are for traditional round rod gearlevers-I very much doubt you will make it fit a Porsche "blade" type. |

I d agree with John, there was one "fitted" on the 2.7 when I got it, vibrated like mad, horrible noise and fell of several times on the drive home - glad I had a spare in the garage! |
