I've got M030 calipers on mine, refurbed recently, and have messed about for ages trying to eradicate low speed squealing, mostly unsuccessfully!
I have pagid discs and pads and now have OEM shims installed. I still get occassional low speed squealing. This has been the most effective solution of all the pad and shim combos I've tried.
Interestingly when I reverse out my drive in the morning (downhill) I sometimes get horrible squealing which stops as soon as I go forwards?

Other mornings nothing, this seems temparature related, but still random.
On the moving forwards front I get no noise when discs and pads are cold. Once there's a bit of heat in them I get occassional low speed noises but much less than before the OEM shims were fitted.
