A lovely big parcel arrived at my house this morning :D A lovely CS Steering Wheel (from porscheshop)

Fitting it was easy although the enclosed instructions are less that helpful. took 25 minutes which included a cup of tea!

WOW! What a difference fitting the Club Sport Wheel has made. Lots more information coming through the wheel to the driver, the car feels like it's easier to direct and get into the corner right. A great improvement over the original wheel and well worth every penny in my opinion.

No matter how hard I tried....I failed to hurt myself. Although I did nearly step out of the car and onto the original wheel in the excitement of hearing the first Ice Cream van of the year rolling down my road...A fine reward for a hard 20minutes work

there was a fair bit of fiddling with the horn mechanics (spring) to be able to get the hub and the wheel attached. but even a muppet like me worked it out so difficulty level 2 as a mod.

Looks good on the car doesn't it. Modernises the interior a little. I was thinking about a clubby wheel at some point (maybe when I get 'round to doing the steering UJ's) but I prefer the black/embossed one.

Tell me, did it improve legroom?

Regards,
Adam

I'd say it's added about 1-1.5 cm of legroom. I looked at the embossed ones but felt there was a space for a little bit of bling in my life. I give it 6 weeks before the emblem falls off...oh wait, I'm thinking about my lotus again

Adam if you want to try mine it has a MoMo in it which gives my chubby thighs a bit more space, although I don't find the oval dash cars too much of a problem TBH.
