I have just one noisy injector. Noisiest when cold, quietens down when the engine is warm / hot.

Any suggestions please?

Thank you

Is "change it" too obvious?

No, but I was wondering if it just needed cleaning by using an additive or something.

At the moment it's just an annoying 'ticking' noise.

Also, how do I find out which one it is?

To find out which one it is, just disconnect one at a time while the car is running, it'll (obviously) misfire, but it'll be apparent which one... Not sure if cleaning will fix it though..

Injectors should be cleaned periodically. All 4 not just one. Spray pattern & flow should be tested then you put them in the right place as the 944 isn't a balanced engine. The back is hotter. & 1 & 4 have longer inlet tracks. It does make a difference. Use a proper ultra sonic cleaner. The cost will pay dividends in MPG & HP. You can get 15hp from an injector clean & that you can feel. :)

Nothing to do with me and not related in anyway but I have thought about doing mine and I have just had the price confirmed to me.

Definitely an injector? Could be a follower taking it's time to fill up.
