I am working from home this week and the 944 is getting some attention during my breaks between meetings.
My fuel filler cap will not shut flush with the body of the car. Pictures tomorrow as its dark now.

Has anyone sucessfully managed to bend a plastic fuel filler cap back into place?

Or perhaps someone has a Zermatt silver cap spare?

Try turning the the filler cap through 90 degrees and see if that makes a difference.

When I had the cabby the flap wasn't flush if the filler cap was in the wrong position.
