Found my drivers side footwell was soaked this morning, looks like it is coming from the heater matrix/ valve under the dash. :(
Do i need a new heater matrix and how difficult is it to remove the dash to have a look?
Never had a problem with it before (replaced engine radiator about 4 or 5 months ago though) and in the last week or two its been misting up all the time, worse the other day with heater on full hot but seems a bit better on full fresh air though.
TIA, matt.

It may not be the matrix but from above it where the fan motor sits on the bulkhead in the engine bay, my 924S leaked under this as behind the bulkhead can fill with water then leak through the seal on the fan which is bolted directly to the car, I replaced the seal with some new mastic and all was well.

Ok, thanks for the info david. Will get some mastic and give it a go soon (off to autosport show sat and weather doesn't look favourable for sunday either).
