On the parts diagram they are all one piece, the bases aren't seperate, but there's 4 part numbers. I assume left and right for LHD and RHD. The 3 parts are the mirror and base, the gasket and a screw. I'm in no rush so will carry on looking until the car gets close to being back in one piece.

They look just as nice on black. Sliver def hides the stone chips well, but ur never get that reflection you get with black.

I'm sure I recognise the Number Plate, maybe from ebay?

Purchased my 944 in August and I have found this forum very useful but I have only just had chance to share my car with you all.

Hope you like it, it looks better in the photo's than in the flesh but I am hoping to get the body work addressed once the mechanical jobs are done.

Hi G-P, that does look tidy. What needs doing to the bodywork then?

Nice looking Cab ....
I have the same issue, I am sorting the mechanicals before I start on the body.
I like it in Black, but settled for red after looking at about 9 over the summer, and not finding a black one!
Enjoy.

I hear ya. I started a thread on the wheels awhile back, descussion colours but didn't really get much feed back. the 2 silvers kind off stop them working as well as they could. I was thinking maybe gloss/ mat black, as it be easyer 2 sell on. However £180 4 a colour change, when they dont need refrubing, I MIT as well put that towards the speedlines/rh style wheels Iv always wanted.

Anyone got photoshop skills and some free time? Your welcOme 2 change them and upload your results.
