But that's an easy fix Andy, its letting you off lightly this time!
Are you likely to be home easter weekend do you know? A little way off I know but I need the blue rocket to be working then!

David

Ah it just wanted to give a little bit extra    Just to keep the pressure up  Won't repeat what Mrs Andy said  Easy fix as you say, I think I could even manage this one but why did they have to mount it under the car. My old Escort - easy, my old Rascal van - easy and only a £10er from scrap yard. Lying on your back in the rain banging the starter in Tesco car park    Bl***y classic cars :angryfire: Wheres the nostalgia in that!
Changed me avatar to suit the mood

Haven't got anything booked as far as I can see for Easter so you'll be most welcome. PM me nearer the time.

Hi Dave,

I reasonably sure L** HAN is not your old car because it was mine and I bought it back. ROFLMAO.

Hi Ian

At last I've found a 944 the same colour as mine... I would appreciate you confirming the exact colour.. I know it as Garnet Red but mine's a 1982 Lux and apparently that's not one of the paint colours of that year. My photos to follow shortly...

All the best chap

Here's my 1982 944.....
Bless her, she's been sitting in the garage quietly since mid September 2010 and got her out last Wednesday.. turned over on the first attempt. Marvellous..... All I had to do was put some air in her left nearside rear. I'm proud of how good she looks for 28.. Comments please!

Pork on, my friend. Pork on...

Hi Lee - 'Me Red Beauty' used to be my late brother's.. Ted Barnett.. who bought it in 1990 for 10k from Monarch Sutton Coldfield. He sadly passed in 1998 and the car sat in a farm garage collecting mould for a year or two, then his partner began using it until she finally re-married. Her new other half said she needed to get rid of it, so I bought it off her to 'keep it in the family' so to speak in April 2005 and I've done my best to keep her as she was when my brother had her. She sure is lookin' good!

All the best chap

Bazbarnett,
Your car looks great and good on you for keeping it in the family, i personally would lose the rear deflector and put the number plate back where it belongs.
And give those rims a bit of a polish it would look great !

Looks fantastic. Just what I was originally looking for, model, colour and wheels.

Looking good Jim. I thought you had a fancy petrol cap, until I realised the car was so shiny it was the reflection of the other cars wheels! Very nice.
