Solved the problem. I have a grey and blue wire which are connected to each other that needed a permanent 12v feed to them to make the sunroof work on the acc 1 position. no perm 12v and nothing. Very odd, no idea what those wires are but i know the result of not connecting them. Very weird to have them behind the stereo too.
