What's the minimum number, and what discount is available for that take up, more people could be interested if it's worthwhile.

Minimum is 5 but he could not quote discount - depends on what models. I have posted this on other forums to get as much interest as possible.

So no one can tell me what's the spring rate of the kw's?

Ok chaps.. KW V3...specs,,,,

STANDARD Spring rates that are supplied in the box,,,ARE,,,
Front helper spring,, 20Nm or 120lb.
Front main spring,, 60Nm or 340lb.
Rear helper, 10Nm or 57lb.
Rear main,, 50Nm or 285lb.

I cant help you with the bump + rebound adjustments , only to say that they go from soft-ish, to teeth jarring hard... It all depends what you want to use your car for....

I hope this helps some of you out. These were taken off my set, that have been fitted to both a 944S2 + a 968...
In BOTH instances the car DEFINATELY needed to be re-indexed + DONT let anybody tell you otherwise. ANY 944/968 varient will need re-indexing, even the M030 equiped cars...OR it will not only look wrong , but will also handle wrong...[ I have seen cars that have been to "so called" reputable indies that have not been set up right [re-indexed], only to go elsewhere to get the job done properly....]...

In my opinion they are THE best suspension, for road / track use on the market.. Yes there are others , but none seem as good.... :D :D :D :D :D

Regarding the purchase of them, has nobody tried Demon Tweeks, they sell them...There not always as expensive as everbody thinks...

Pauly,
As far as i know the 968 ones fit the 944,s...
Mine, i originally bought for the S2. Then transfered them to my 968, with no difference in handling, even though the 68,s have thicker / stiffer torsion bars....

Those spring rates are track material lol.....
Do the dampers compensate so much by adjusting them to still give a reasonable ride on the street?

For example with the koni yellow's and going with a spring rate higher than 275-300 for the street that's a big no-no.

That is the beauty and main selling point of the KW V3, their unique bypass valve makes stiff shocks ride very smoothly on the street yet when driven hard on a smooth track they are very firm and reduce body roll drastically. I have driven a KW car set to the middle settings on the road, and it is far more comfortable and compliant than my M030 Konis could ever be on full soft. I have also been in a KW car on track and it is infinitely stiffer and more planted than my M030. It is the best of both worlds.

I know a dedicated track suspension will be much better for that specific purpose but it will be awful on the road.

Thanks Dave,
I think the kits are compatible though they do have different part numbers.

Chaps it's a no-go I'm afraid. KW will not allow retailers to sell their product below a certain price, and doing so could put the manufacturer/retailer relationship at serious risk.

Best keep saving those pennies eh!

Dead in the water apparently, you could always go for Koni's and adjustable spring platforms, or Gaz, probably what I'll end up fitting.
