Please don't take this the wrong way, but the following is what I did to my 250 Turbo to get a genuine 359bhp:
Fully rebuilt engine
Lightened and balanced crank / rods / pistons
Lightweight 6-puck clutch and flywheel
Refurbished cylinder head
Ceramic coated headers and crossover pipe
Bigger injectors - I honestly can't remember how big, 85lb?
Hayward & Scott decat exhuast
TiAL 45mm wastegate
TiAL "monster" blow-off valve
Lindsey stage 2 intercooler
Hard pipes
Autronic SM4 standalone management with boost control and MAP sensor
Custom map
Lindsey Super 75 dry turbo running 21psi
MSD CDI ignition with coil on plug setup
No air-con
No PAS
As I say with all of that it made 359bhp, and I think you'll agree it's fairly extensively modified. I'm not looking to get into willy-waving, but I'm afraid I question your 360bhp output to the tune of about 80bhp.
