It sounds like you've just about fallen on your feet old chap! Nice surprise finding the MO30 calipers, they're worth a bit of money these days! :wink:
JJ does have a point though, these cars can be serious money pits; Caveat emptor! (let the buyer beware...)

You jammy beggar Alasdair. I've seen worse at 3K! How come all I ever get off ebay is grief? That will fix up pretty well. Think it should be red with that interior. Though as you say you may make more on it breaking it. :mrgreen:
O well, Do you want the pic of the town hall steps for All Torque. :oops: (Sorry if that offended anybody. Shouldn't come on here after a few beers.)

Sounds like the car was in use, based on the recent money spent. But sold so cheap! Looks like a very good find. as long as nothing nasty is waiting 2 be found. How long did the last owener own it 4 ? Sounds like he didn't no what he was sitting on. Or rather (in)

Last owner had it for 3 years, the one before that had it for 10 I think. Only 4 owners from new, all quite local apart from the first who was down south. The MOT ran out on the 11th of this month, tax expired the end of March so not off the road long hence the 3 week old Toyo T1Rs on the back. Don't worry JJ, I won't take you up on the town hall steps offer! I checked everything else on it today and it only really needs disks put on it due to a bit of corrosion round the edges. Will do this and chuck it in for an MOT and see what happens! Hopefully it will be a rolling restoration!
