How about this one on eBay 150363595858 £58 plus postage seems reasonable I think I heard tell they were around £78 from an OPC but you may get discount so worth trying an OPC first.
I would remove the panel and have a look to see if the area underneath is full of leaves which in turn causes water to be held up in there and may then be reaching above the screws holding the heater blower motor housing, these are only screwed into plastic and should have a rubber washer as well as a steel one but sometimes the rubber one perishes and allows water directly into the car above the glove box. Basically once the heater blower is removed you have direct access to the inside of the car so easy way for water to get in. I know from experience when I changed my wiper motor and linkage the area under the scuttle panel was full of leaves and muck as there are a number of cables routed through here which seem to collect debris like a net.
