I've used my S2 cab as a daily commute for the last nine years and 130k miles.Its let me down once in that time , and that was a clutch.Go for it , more smiles per mile than a Mondeo!!

I did around 30k in mine over 18 months, ran well apart from a DME relay and then the water temp sensor.

Unscheduled Cam belt fail stopped all that but then I have only done around 3k driving in the last year anyhow. It will go back to being the daily drive as soon as the MOT is sorted and it was certainly a great deal of fun to drive.

Insurance wasn't deadly considering it was for work usage anyhow.
