well i must admit.....its cake compared to the one i got to remove. citreon ppl carrier diesel. it only needs head and gasket but.... its buried right under the dashboard, the whole thing has to come out south and all ABS unit complete with brake lines are connected to the sub frame so its pita to do possibly 2 days to drop engine and a further 2 days to fit the new knackered engine :(

I have taken one out the top and it is a struggle but do-able without removing anything, although that car had no power steering which makes more space.
When I take one out again it will be out the bottom as in hindsight its a much better option.
