Its been slow progress but its something I have been planning to do for a couple of years. Thankfully my front bumper will benefit from a repaint which is covering the cost of paint the panel.

951 badge panel arrived.. here it is against the 931 panel, we can see how they differ in shape..







Interestingly, in this picture of the underside, we can see the 951 panel has (for want of a better word) a structure on the rear of where the vents will sit.
Provided this structure remains intact after installing the vents, then it will shield or really may as well be blocking the vents off making them have near zero
if any effect on cooling or turbulence under the bonnet. If that part stays there (which I suspect it will) this finishes the argument about any impact the vents
may have on performance.

Mines removed.

It must be there for a reason, so if it can remain then I will endeavour to keep there. It may need some modding itself in order to keep.

I can't show them beside the 931 panel because the panels are away being worked on as we speak!
