Jim that looks lovely.
Just run the car to the mot station for its retest on the headlamps and its driving worse than ever. Definitely going to look at the 3.5 v8. Is there a kit to help with the transplant?

Not that I'm aware of, the V8 transplant site has most of what you want. Plenty of V8 bellhousings around to adapt. Use a saloon V8 flywheel & bellhousing NOT a 4 x 4 one as it is smaller. You need a small adapter to mate it to the torque tube & a probable bespoke clutch plate, although I'd try the 944 one.

I would do some web reschearch not find someone else build expernse on there.
