Everyone's had a bad experience with DVB. Against my own better judgement, I called them up for a 928 S4, GT or GTS driving/fog light. They told me they had they had a complete assembly in stock £110 including VAT and delivery. I foolishly paid them and about 4 weeks later - nothing.
I called them up. "We can't get to the car at the moment. It's at the top of the pile and the ground is frosty and we might slip on said piece of frost and hurt ourselves yak yak yak etc".
So I say "Why have you taken payment then for something you haven't supplied?"
They say "We didn't think it would be a problem - is it a problem?"
"Well I wouldn't be mentioning it now would I if it wasn't a problem!"
Anyway, long story short, I eventually got refunded when someone could be arsed to do it.
I will never ever use DVB again if my life depended on it.
They obviously don't want the business.
