On the way into work today I saw two cars that had gone off the road! It was around 3 degrees and other than a little whiteness on the side of the road everything looked fine. The first car came off on a road-about which I can sort of understand but the second guy was going down a hill with not a bend in sight. He managed to get his car into a ditch, leaning over on two wheels with the other two up in the air and tight up against a lamp post. Probably wasn't too easy to get it out. The lamp post looked okay and was still standing when I past it in the evening.

Good job you are ok, metal can be replaced - bodies not so! Sounds like it could have been a LOT worse - just missed a car coming the other way : BIG tree or 5 bar gate wouldn't have been as soft!

I was out for 1st SYNN Club meeting last night & had a gentle "Wooah Easy" moment on frosty road @ 9:30pm so will wait for Sunnier/warmer days for next outing!

Hi John,

Sorry to read about your news. I can recommend a fantastic paint/body shop in Biddulph. His work is very good and his prices are quite reasonable. His company name is J&R Brassey 01782 516200. He does paint and repairs for all sorts and has sorted my 911 in the past. He's well known on the Stock Saloon racing circuit and both him and his team are very pleasant.

He's about to get some more work from myself after a coach hit my Volvo in the snow!
