I've done them in the past (not Pork ones), not too difficult but you need to work cleanly. Pelican & Rennlist do a kit for refurbing the racks for not a lot of cash. If I was looking at a recon I'd make sure it had a good warranty.

The kits run about 100 pounds. But I had mine rebuilt, and fitted by bubble and kick racing. There on here, and was by far the cheapest place I found. there based in essex

Which bits are you talking about. imho it's a waste of money rebuilding the rack unless you re-chrome the rams. They get pitted in use & will soon destroy new seals. The pumps can be bought rebuilt from JMG. Forget the new ones available. There being bashed out in China & the qualities shocking. I had 3 before giving up. Someone on ebay is making the high pressure hoses to order for sensible money.

hi, thanks for the replies. It is the rack itself, drivers side boot is full of fluid other side has movement inside the body. (not the tie rod knuckle, i've checked) but isn't leaking.
Thought about Hartech, has a 2 year guarantee ?
thanks neal
