As it was a nice sunny day yesterday and my 44 is still in need of a new clutch, I thought I would give the old garage queen a good clean. With Halfords going 3 for 2 on cleaning stuff :D I armed myself with some chemicals, Autoglym Interior Shampoo, Autoglym Engine Cleaner and Meguiars Endurance High Gloss Tyre Protection, ten out of ten for all these products :D :D , the interior shampoo which is a spray can be used on the carpet and the dashboard to get the grime out, the engine cleaning is water based and clears oil and grime with ease and without the paraffin smell  , ideal for cleaning the hinges on the doors. The Meguirars tyre gel goes on nice and easy with a rag so you don’t waste any by spraying your wheels or the drive, I had a free sample packet which I used on my daily drive and after two weeks the tyres still look good.
The polish on the paintwork is Turtlewax Platinum Car Wax with a top coat of Turlewax Platinum Extra Gloss a few hours later, makes the red look red  :D

Very nice, I'm jealous, I want a shiny red one too! I tried Autoglym Interior Shampoo and Autoglym Engine Cleaner also and rate them as well. I liked the engine cleaner especially, It worked very well.

You know me, I don’t want to get my hands dirty
Fingers crossed the bike might be sold this week, if so the clutch will be done, at least the car is now clean and ready to hit the streets :D .

Looks great, hope it didn't rain today up your way like it did here  I've just bought some AutoGlym products at the Bristol classic car show which were on offer, Claybar kit, High definition cleanser and High defininition wax and some Aqua wax for periodic detailing. Just got to find time to apply it now, not free anytime in near future
