Continental timing belts are £6 from JMG. Hope the pumps not made in China. Copy parts are appearing for these cars now I know I've had some. Power steering pumps. Bearings & water pumps. Not saying yours is no good but just be careful. Pumps a lot of work if it starts leaking in 6 months. £120 is less than trade.

99 percent of the the stuff we get out of the shops is made in China now. I bought 4 of the pumps, they are good quality and made in Germany by the looks of it,

When I spoke to PCT and EMC, they both said that Dayco was the Porsche manufacturer, and not ContiTech. One of them reckoned that the ContiTech belts were more prone to stretching compared to the Dayco items

I'm going to pick it up 9am tomorrow , going by train then driving her to work.
Hopefully the weather will be good enough for a drive out at the weekend ! dont know where yet though , I really want to be driving her more.

Those are my thoughts as well. No company has single source for components.
