Err well I can try. :) You need to resize them first. Irfanview or microsofts image resizer. (Just Google them it will take you there.) Then you browse to them on your pc via the button "Browse" under the blue bar which says "upload atachement" bottem of post or post reply screen. The click the add the file button.
Once you manage that posting them is very easy. Just use the IMG button at the top [img]

And click the place in line button.

Easier to do than describe but hope that helps! Just done it to check how.
